SHIPPING: All of our domestic orders ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) except for large statuary the will be shipped by freight line. Miraculous Medal Company business does not guarantee delivery within a time frame on any product. Please make sure that you provide us with the correct shipping address for your package. If you provide us with a bad address and you do not receive your package we cannot be held liable for the loss. If a package is returned to us because of a bad address provided by you, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you and correct the error. If you choose to have the package sent again you will be billed the appropriate shipping charge. Your shipping charges will not be refunded. In order to ensure that your package is not picked up by someone else, do not have your package delivered to a location where strangers may sign for or take your package. Miraculous Medal Company reserves the right to ship all product that is in stock on said order but and has the right to cancel all back orders. In this case the money will not be charged for back ordered product and customer will be asked to order at later time.Miraculous Medal Company ships only to customers inside the United States of America. Miraculous Medal Company reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason.Miraculous Medal also reserves the right to add shipping costs for large statuary shipped to remote areas. We have a no-quibble, 100% satisfaction-assured guarantee on all of our items except all 14KT gold items and all statuary for 60 days after purchase. If you are not pleased with an item, simply mail it back to us, postage-paid, in re-sellable condition, and we will happily replace it or refund your money. There are no returns or exchanges after 60 days of purchase. Items must be returned in new condition and in original package. Refunds will be processed only after the product has been returned and inspected by the Miraculous Medal Company. Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned items. Shipping costs will be refunded if product was shipped in error by Miraculous Medal Company or if product is defective.
The following items are not returnable: All refunds are paid by check. Refund checks will be mailed 7 business days after cancellation is sent in writing via email or the product has been received and inspected by Miraculous Medal Company. Special Order Product Refunds: If your purchase arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days and we will give you details on shipping the item back. We will replace the damaged item with no additional shipping charge. Miraculous Medal Company may request pictures of the damaged product and carton. This is for insurance purposes. If customer refuses to provide pictures of damaged product and carton Miraculous Medal Company retains the right to refuse refund or replace damaged product. Customer agrees to ship damaged product back at own expense. After product is inspected and found to be defective Miraculous medal Company then will issue credit for shipping cost. Payment is made in full at time of purchase Special order product may be canceled at any time, but are subject subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the retail price of the product. Shipping cost will be refunded. One can cancel a special order product up to 36 hours after purchase date with no 50% cancellation fee. Special order products are as follows: Spanish Statuary, Fiberglass Indoor and Outdoor Statuary, Bonded Marble Statuary, and Gold Jewelry. Miraculous Medal Company is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! hosts the store pages, ordering system, and order data. Yahoo! automatically collects order information but may only use this information in the aggregate. Miraculous Medal Company keeps all customer information confidential and will not share or sell this info to anyone or any company. Miraculous Medal Company reserves the right to refuse any order. The Miraculous Medal Company only ships orders inside the United States of America. Inspect all cartons and note any damage or possible concealed damage on the freight bill prior to signing for receipt of or receiving the products. This will allow you the chance to refuse the item(s) if damaged or defective. Should you not have time to inspect; please sign the receipt as 'un inspected' instead of your signature. By applying your signature, you are signing a document stating that you have inspected the item(s) and it (they) are in good condition. In this case, the claim must be filed by you with the freight company as we will have no recourse once an item(s) is/are signed for. Should the product shipment be signed for and no notes are made indicating any possible or real damages, then the consumer of the product(s) becomes the legal owner of the merchandise and The Miraculous Medal Company, the seller, can no longer file a damage claim with the freight carrier and therefore any damage(s) would be yours to claim with the freight carrier, should any be realized. Should product shipment damage(s) be noted on the freight bill, be certain the delivery driver signs the same receipt you do and you retain a copy of the signed documentation for your records. The Miraculous Medal Company responsibility with respect to shipments made by common carrier ends with the issues of the bill of lading. All Damaged Goods must be reported by email within 3 business days of delivery to The Miraculous Medal Company. Pictures must be provided as to prove the product has been damaged or is defective. If notification in writing or pictures are not provided in the stated time period then the consumer of the product(s) becomes the legal owner of the merchandise. When we ship a foreign order it should take 1-3 weeks to arrive in the destination country (not your address) if shipped first class mail and within 1-2 weeks when shipped priority mail. Depending on the quality of your local postal system actual arrival at your address could take substantially longer.
Due to the overwhelming number of fraudulent orders that originate in specific countries, we refuse to send any packages or respond to any correspondence from such countries. If your country does not appear on our shipping list it may simply have been an oversight. Please contact us if you believe an ommission to be in error.
On rare occasions an international order may be lost in shipping. We make every effort to properly package, postmark and record foreign shipments but cannot be held responsible for the loss or damage of a package once it leaves our store for a foreign destination. No money will be refunded for orders that are lost or damaged once they leave our store. This policy applies to all addresses outside of the 50 United States except for American military addresses. Unfortunately, customs fees vary greatly from country to country and we are not able to provide you with this information. If you are having a package shipped to an address outside of the United States please contact your customs office before completing the order so you know what fees, if any, may be charged when your package arrives. |
