Each statue is made to order and normally takes 8 - 12 weeks for delivery. Each statue has painted eyes. The painted finish is done with durable outside paint. The painted finish has no warranty, Each statue has hold slots or mounting hole built into them which will allow the statue to be secured.Special Order Product Refunds:- Payment is made in full at time of purchase Special order product may be canceled at any time, but are subject subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the retail price of the product. Shipping cost will be refunded. One can cancel a special order product up to 36 hours after purchase date with no 50% cancellation fee. Special order products are as follows: Spanish Statuary, Fiberglass Indoor and Outdoor Statuary, Bonded Marble Statuary, Solid Marble Statuary, and Gold Jewelry. A full refund is not issued if there is a delay on a special order product. A delay in production or shipping is no cause for a full refund.
